Sept so far

Some exciting things happened/are about to happen. They are:

I got my hair cut last week, and I LOVE it! I didn't think I would ever love my curly hair, but I do. It is the best haircut of my life. I wash it (still with baking soda and honey, which I also love) and add some curly hair stuff that was referred to at the salon as "the holy grail", then I let it air dry. It is amazing. And so shiny! I love my hair! That sounds so very vain, but I have hated my hair for most of my life. These pictures are for my mom, and only for her would I put a picture of me with no makeup on the internets. The second one Katie took this morning, before I had gotten ready, but I wanted to show a picture of it less curly too, Anyway, there you go mom!

Katie starts ballet tomorrow. We are all excited for her. I am a little nervous that she won't want me to leave, and by extension hate the class. But it will be good for her. And she can't wait to start.
I start school in two weeks. I am finishing up my AA for now, since I have no idea what I want to do. I am thinking about maybe teaching, but it's a long way off still. It would be so fun to be a chemistry teacher, but we'll see. I am taking a swimming/aquatic exercise class, and I am super excited about it.
I guess that is it for now. I leave you with a picture of my cute little trouble maker.

I love the hair! You will have to tell me what your secret, "holy grail" product is. I am very intrigued.

I love your haircut! It's sooo cute! I don't know why you've always hated your hair. I've always thought it was gorgeous! :o)

That's exciting about Katie. I'm sure she will love ballet. Shailey took a ballet class for a little while. Even though she was the most uncoordinated child up there, she had so much fun and that's all that matters!

Good luck with school! Someday I would like to go to school just so I can say that I did. It seems that everyone I know around here went to college and earned some sort of degree before they married and bacame moms. I guess motherhood was my "degree" since I felt that was most important at the time. :o)

Oh yeah, and Aimee is a cutie, of course! :o)

Ya, hey now...you can't call something "the holy grail" and then not tell us what it is! I'm very interested- will you post it on HM for me (since I'll forget to come back and check here!) btw, your homemade pasta looks awesome too!
